"Hey re do! Do you do company merch? I'm so happy with your products, and I wanted to give my employees some clothes to wear that I my self am happy to wear when im off the clock."

The above is a quote from an email we received from a happy customer back in 2023. It made us expand our strategy so that we can now also deliver our styles as merch to Danish companies.

Our permanent collectionof simple, stylish and long-lasting styles fits into every wardrobe and is therefore ideal as employee clothing -

Whether the need is running clothes for the company's running club, cotton t-shirts for the service staff or crewnecks for the salespeople on the floor.

We make merch that you'll want to wear even when the boss isn't looking.

We have our own printing house so we can elegantly customize the products with your unique logo and visual identity.

The best clothes are the ones you want to wear.

This also applies to the clothing a company provides to its employees.

Imagine a wardrobe. On one side hang the shirts and sweaters that are worn over and over again. On the other side is the pile of things that never really made it into rotation – the clothes that were thought of as a good idea but never became part of everyday life.

When corporate merch ends up in the latter category, it's not just a waste of fabric and money. It's a lost opportunity. Because when employees don't want to wear the clothes they get from their workplace, the visibility and cohesion it could have otherwise created also disappears.

It can be avoided.

When the clothing is designed with care and produced in a quality that lasts – both in style and durability – it becomes a natural part of the employees' wardrobe. Something they choose to wear because it feels right.
At re do, we create employee clothing that won't be forgotten in the pile. Because the best way to represent a company is in something that gets used.

What characterizes re do's philosophy?

responsibility in design

At re do, we have a strong focus on design, quality and durability. We do this for the simple reason that if a piece of clothing does not fit properly or is uncomfortable to wear, it either ends up in the back of the closet or is thrown away. This means that the resources that have been used to produce the piece of clothing in question have not been properly utilized. When the clothes end up in the back of the closet or thrown away, a need for new clothes also arises more quickly – and this is where the never-ending spiral begins, which is one of the overriding reasons why the textile industry is a major culprit when it comes to climate impact. If we used our clothes twice as long, and the entire industry produced half as much, the total emissions would decrease by 44%. That is why we are very careful with the choice of materials, construction and design of all our products, so that they achieve maximum quality, fit, durability and comfort. We always use organic cotton and/or recycled polyester in all our styles. We have our own in-house designer and constructor, and develop our products at our headquarters in Østerbro.

responsibility in our production

At re do, responsibility is deeply integrated into our production process. We work closely with our manufacturer without costly intermediaries, which gives us a number of advantages. Firstly, we ensure consistently high quality through thorough quality assurance. We also have the opportunity to continuously optimize and ensure uniformity in our products, so that our customers can always expect the same high standard with repeated purchases. The close cooperation with the manufacturer also means that we can deliver high quality at a more affordable price. We also prioritize ensuring good working conditions for the employees at the factory, which is a core value for us. This close relationship with our manufacturer also ensures security of supply. All of this cooperation helps to strengthen our responsibility towards both our customers and the people who make our clothes.

re do - repurpose | responsibility when clothes are worn out

Every second, the equivalent of a garbage truck full of clothes is either burned or ends up in a landfill somewhere in the world . This ends the life cycle of clothes. Clothing production uses valuable resources such as water, energy and raw materials, and when clothes end up in landfill or are burned, they are wasted. these resources. We think that is a shame, and we want to do something about it. That is why we have developed the concept of re do – repurpose. We have built a setup where we collect used clothing that would otherwise be thrown away and reuse it into new products. in collaboration with Haack Recycling in Ringsted, which works to recycle textile waste. In this way, we take a waste product and transform it into a new raw material, which both reduces the need for new resources and at the same time extends the life of the resources that have already been used.

responsibility in our way of thinking about collections

Part of the overproduction that occurs in the industry is due to too many players in the textile and clothing industry launching new collections too frequently. Over the past twenty years, we have gone from the industry standard of two collections per year: spring and winter collection, to today where it is not unusual for major brands to launch between 12-24 collections per year. We would like to challenge this trend, slow down the pace and instead focus on more timeless designs that last longer both aesthetically and in terms of quality.
